Saved my vacation. After a slip in the mud while hiking. Saw Dr. Pepelnjak and got a wonderful adjustment and got back to hiking the next day. Office staff was extremely friendly and made you feel comfortable.

Thanks to Dr. John and staff. My visit was while on vacation. From appointment to adjustment the visit went smoothly. Dr. John made me comfortable and at ease. It seemed more like I was visiting my Dr. back home. If in need while in the Two Harbors area again I would not hesitate to stop again.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I had a dislocated bone in my hip (SI joint for at least 2 months while seeking treatment from him. He never diagnosed it or did the correct adjustments. I finally saw a different chiropractor and was fixed within 4 adjustments. However, the recovery is now a long and painful one because this wasn't caught right away. Also, when I explained to my new chiropractor how he was adjusting me she said, "What is that, that means nothing, no wonder you weren't getting better." I was shocked to say the least. I will never return. It seemed like the staff wanted to get their paperwork complete and that was more important than being nice. I was disappointed that they weren't able to answer all of my questions. I still left feeling uncertain. He likes to keep you coming back and makes it seem like you have to do that for the rest of your life. I wasted a lot of time and money on him and wish I could get compensation. My advice is seek someone else who will treat you.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way.
