The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I was satisfied with my appointment. The doctor was able to help me with everything I came in for. They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
