They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
