Al Pohl is extremely good at what he does. He is an experienced counselor with good solid advice on how to change your life and to stop the chain of addictive behavior and also enabling. Al has helped myself and two of my family members change our lives. Addiction and enabling are two of the worst most viral diseases out there. Al understands the minds of the addicts and the enablers. Because of that, he is able to help you look at your situation in a totally different light. He has helped me, help myself and change my life!

I am so grateful for Al's help!

Al has always been honest with me, and I know I can trust in what he is telling me. I always feel like I am in a safe environment without judgement or criticism. I don't want to think of what my life would be like if I never starting seeing him. He has helped me work through all kinds of issues. I will be forever grateful for the work we have done together, and the work we are still doing!

Albert was everything I could have asked for in a counselor. I saw Albert for several years through my divorce, my struggles with codependency and rebuilding interpersonal relationship skills. Albert was truly a god sent to me. He guided me with tools to get where I am today. Five star recommendation for sure!!
