I found Patty at a time of deep crisis in my life, a moment when I could barely imagine how I would go on. She helped me through that moment and guided me through a process of self discovery that allowed me to see how I had arrived at that crisis and how I could build a fulfilling, happy life. Patty is an excellent counselor who has worked with me on my anxiety. I have been to a variety of counselors and found her style to be a great fit for me. The other review that is negative must have just not been a great personality fit. Not every provider is going to be the right one. Patty is a qualified, professional and very helpful counselor. I would highly recommend her. And if she is not the right fit, that is ok! Counselors are not one size fits all!
