Called the office and didn't expect Dr. Chen to pick up but glad that he did. I need to get refill for my mom and didn't realize she was already out. Dr. Chen was accommodating and very helpful. He was easy to talk to, professional and got the script filled the same day. Appreciate his responsiveness to the situation.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
