They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I made MULTIPLE phone calls over approximately 7 weeks that went unanswered. She only responded after I filed a formal grievance with my health insurance company.

They didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to say everything I needed to say. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. When I go in for my appointment, they always are able to pick up right where we left off at my last appointment. It's nice not to have to constantly remind them and it makes me feel like they really listen to me while I'm there. They were so knowledgeable, and I felt very safe in their care. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
