All of my questions were answered completely thoroughly. I felt like I definitely learned a lot. She went out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amaing. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
