I ordered the Neurotransmitter testing kit for $375. I am rating them at 2 stars due to my experience with customer service.Twice I had to follow up to find out where my report was as the site indicates it takes 2-3 weeks to receive. At 2 weeks I emailed the office for an update to see when I might receive the report. The reply I was sent stated it takes 2-3 weeks to generate a report. No personal message thanking me for my business or any reassurance it they were working on it. At 4 weeks yet again I reached out to inquire when I would receive my report. I received it the next day and while the report was somewhat detailed, what I found annoying is the lack of response from whomever takes care of inquiries for the site. There was no personal note acknowledging or apologizing for not getting me the report on time. Given this is likely a computer generated report(an expensive one at that) without any personal input from the doctor, I find the lack of customer service a turn-off.

Was exceedingly helpful in identifiing PTSD neurtransmitter imbalances and ratio of imbalances to eachother in their neurotransmitter imbalance test.

I only wish they were in my state so I could have gone to them directly!

I would love a reference of someone in Minnesota!

I asked Integrative Psychiatry about basic instructions for certain tests I was interested in taking. I was told that Integrative Psychiatry had no knowledge of basic testing instructions for very expensive tests for which they give their doctor's orders. They stated the instructions are in the boxes that they don't have access to and therefore they don't know that information. They also said instructions should be very simple and not to worry. I wanted to know how to plan ahead so tests could be done in a timely, efficient manner. Once I received my test in the mail, it stated that for women with menstrual cycles, saliva must be collected on day 19, 20 or 21 of your cycle. Since I received this test on day 22 of my cycle, now I have to wait another month before I can even take the sample. Had I know this basic information, I could have made sure to order the test in time. Integrative Psychiatry needs to take some responsibility for the tests they order and give patients necessary planning information.

They did an amazing job of testing my neurotransmitters and actually addressing what was causing my mental illness instead of just treating the symptoms like all my previous doctors. I would recommend them to everyone I know! The whole staff was kind and very helpful, I was 100% satisfied with my experience!

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
