My son attended many session with myra none of which required a return phone call to reserve his appointment. Without giving notice of her change in policy, which now required patients to respond to phone call reminders or the session would be terminated, she cancelled my son's appointment. By the way she never made a phone call reminder. In my opinion she cares more about her policy than the care of patients. Good luck if you plan to visit her. I'm looking for another therapist.

She was a total scam. She can not be trusted. Please be very careful especially if you are going to seek advice on marriage. Do not go to her with your spouse as she plays double and makes your circumstances worst. I have never seen anyone so unethical and so into money.

Mrs. Josephburg, has a very high rating on other sites. It must be because when she senses distress in her patients, like my boyfriend and I, she drops you like a hot potato. We called and called to try and get appointments with no response other than that she would call back. Her office was not busy the 2 other times we had been there and we had not had very upsetting sessions, a little sadness that you would expect a therapist to help you with, but nothing extreme. She obviously only wants patients without real problems so that she can keep her rate of recovery unrealistically high.
Also on a side note her office was always very smelly. Comically smelly in fact, like it had once been used as a locker room for hockey players. My boyfriend and I joked about who would tell her, but she never called us back so we never got the chance. We seek therapy and are still happy and healthy to this day.
On another side note the people who work with her are apathetic zombies with no sense of humor or any semblance or caring.
