Do not see this therapist for issues related to domestic violence. She was very dismissive of issues I was having with a boyfriend. It felt like she wanted to fix my concerns with her ART therapy and didn't really understand the true nature of the problem. I would say she is very dangerous for victims of domestic violence.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I really care about my clients. I did see a review stating that I had told this client I was too busy for him. I did tell this client that I do take his insurance. I asked him to explore this with his insurance company. Sometimes dealing with insurance companies can be frustrating but I am on all the main insurance panels; having been in the field for 19 years. I will say I am sorry I did not get a chance to work with this client and would be happy to have him come in to try my new therapy - Accelerated Resolution Therapy. The web is ARTworksNOW.net. Most of my clients find relief from symptoms very quickly.

I saw this therapist for a pre-set very limited number of visits to do specific therapy for trauma issues. Although she is unconventional, the therapy did help me to overcome severe flashbacks and nightmares that were interfering with my life.

I had made an appointment with this therapist about 1 1/2 weeks before our scheduled appointment., She assured me that she took my insurance and asked me to call and get authorization for the payment. I called her the morning of the appointment to let her know that the insurance did not have her listed as a provider. She informed me that she was "too busy" to be dealing with it and that she was no longer going to be accepting my insurance. She told me to complain to the insurance carrier for their lack of listing her as a provider (which is why she was annoyed with them). She COMPLETELY lacks any sort of professionalism whatsoever and was merely said she was sorry. I asked her why she didn't call me and let me know, since now I have to wait another period of time to schedule an appointment with another therapist and she simply said she was too busy and should cut back on her schedule. She didn't get to eat yesterday because she saw 9 clients. Anyone considering seeing this woman should seek help elsewhere.
