Donna Melinkoff is the worst therapist I have ever been to. I am a therapist myself, so I know what a good therapist is like. She continually tries to hide her yawns throughout the session, actually encouraged me to lie in completely inappropriate situations, and offered me absolutely no help or insight at all. To make things worse, I had a family emergency and called her explaining that I needed an appointment ASAP to talk, and she never called me again. I never made another appointment. She obviously does not care about her clients, even when they are in a crisis. As a social worker, I am beyond disappointed with her services. Stay away.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No. I wasn't listened to at all!
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
