Sheryl is a very talented therapist with a depth of knowledge and experience. She has a warmth that instantly made me feel safe and understood. When I met Sheryl, I was struggling with unrelenting anxiety and disordered eating. Sheryl helped me to find my true self and has restored my ability to listen to my intuition and nourish myself physically and emotionally.
