Were the waiting rooms private?
Kind of, but I wish they had been more private
Did you feel that the counselor's advice was unbiased?
Kind of, their advice seemed more weighted towards one side
Did this counselor allow you to speak without interruption?
No
Did the environment feel well thought out with a holistic approach in mind?
I believe they tried to provide a holistic experience but they missed it in several areas.
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Extremely comfortable; I didn't want to get up!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
