After failing to find a therapist who could adequately deal with my issues of trauma finding Dr. Shelton was (is) a true blessing from God. She cares on a professional and personal level. She truly has saved my life by actually listening and then using whatever methods of treatment she and I thought would be most beneficial for me. She challenges me on every level always making sure I know that I have the choice to accept them or deny them while educationing me on the outcomes of both. I only wish I had the true ability to articulate what a jewel she is and how the service she provides stands high and out above the rest. Many times I wanted to quit the journey of life and counseling but she stood by my side and on her word that she would not give up on me. It has not been easy and I have experienced alot of darkness but I must say, her humanity, professionalism, heart, ethics and knowledge have allowed me to see some better and brighter days. To all reading and looking for a therapist, Dr. Shelton is Incredible. I am truly amazed and blessed. I'm alive because of her (no exageration) and I recommend her to all.
