Kris pays close attention to detailed instruction and support. All questions are answered. Kris is the most friendly, registered yoga therapist I've ever dealt with. She is warm and professional, and makes the whole learning experience very rewarding. I have made tremendous progress from her careful and supportive instruction. I will absolutely continue to work with her.

Kris is an excellent yoga instructor. She is very supportive and patient in working with you. She has become an inspiration for me and has been key to my moving forward with yoga - something that is very difficult for me to do given physical constraints from injuries, surgeries, and age. Others have spontaneously commented on seeing improvements in my flexibility. I can highly recommend her.

I feel loved by my yoga teacher. Kris spent time discussing my goals and reviewing my limitations. She created sessions to help me prepare to enter a group class, if I go that route in the future. But, mostly - with her direct and careful guideance I was able to work through my aches and pains and progress into sleeping better, being happier and making a friend I hope for life.

I don't know that I want to go to gym style yoga class. I think I'm "spoiled" and don't want to trade for the progress I've made with personal lessons.

Kris is a great yoga teacher and her classes are always fresh. Every class is a little bit different and I always feel present. She does more than just the basics, teaches new poses regularly, and demonstrates and helps everyone learn.

Kris is an amazing yoga instructor. She is patient, caring and encouraging. I've dabbled in yoga for years but it wasn't until I started taking her class that I truly felt the benefits. Now I'm hooked. I have recommended her classes to others who are also reaping the benefits.

I have been practicing yoga with Kris twice a week for over a year, and she is always there to guide, inspire and encourage. She is a true professional and works hard to stay current – and grow in her own practice. She never rushes – and is always available to help with a new pose – sometimes even after class.

Kris seems to have an innate sense for knowing what our class needs on any given day. Our class is always changing – and learning new ways to grow our practice.

I think everyone would agree – we always leave feeling encouraged and supported, which probably explains why she acquires so many long time students.

I’ve been fortunate to have worked with other very good instructors – but none come close to the personal investment Kris makes in each of her students. Best ever!!

I have taken classes by Kris at various studios/gyms (I would follow her anywhere!), as well as several private instructions. In both, she is patient, calming, informative and provides great step-by-step instructions for beginners, as well as helpful adjustments for the advanced. Don't think it's an easy workout, though--if you want to sweat, believe me, you will. Not only are you inspired throughout each class with the music she carefully selects, but you are always rewarded at the end of each workout with some special (magical?) oil she brings to put on everybody's shoulders, behind their ears (somewhere, I'm usually almost asleep at that point!). I hate to give up my secret yoga weapon, but she deserves recognition!
