They were very sympathetic to all of the beginners in the class and never pointed out their shortcomings. They went out of their way to make everyone's experience enjoyable. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Santosha Yoga Studio offers a variety of yoga classes for all levels. They practice authentic yoga that aids in healing your mind and body. Personalized and private lessons are available; I only needed to ask. The studio is warm and inviting and provides a tranquil space for yoga and meditation. I particularly found their Yoga Nidra classes mentally and physically healing and totally non-strenuous to the body.
