PLEASE AVOID THIS COURSE!!!!
The kind of exercises we do there can be EXTREMELY DAMAGING for the BABY!!!
I went there for a trial. I am in my Third trimester, the teacher ask us to do upside-down on our hands against the wall... 2 of the women tried and then had serious problem breathing. The rest of us refused to do the exercise! We were very concern about what was going on for us and our baby.
THIS IS NOT AN APPROPRIATE PRE-NATAL COURSE!
IS THE TEACHER CERTIFIED? We had to lie on our back directly on the floor… which is NOT recommended when pregnant!
WHEN IT DOES NOT FEEL RIGHT AVOID DOING WHAT YOU ARE TOLD!
