I got involved because of a recommendation of a friend. But soon after I started there for lessons, I realized that all their methods - whether it is meditation, yoga etc, they are all recruitment vehicles to get you to sign up for their expensive programs and eventually start PRAYING to their founder Paramahamsa Nithyananda.

Only after that I started to read up on blogs online because something made me very uncomfortable here. I came across too many blogs and that was a bad sign. Check these few for starters:

These blogs are from former insiders and volunteers who got sucked into this organization. I say, stay away from this. As far as possible. There are better places to learn yoga and meditation without being forced to pray to the founder.

This is a modern day cult under the guise of a Yoga foundation and also a beautiful cover of a Hindu temple in Montclair, CA
