My dental treatment with Dr. Dorgan was approximately 2 years including his evaluation of my ‘bite off’ and existing multiple temporary posterior crowns. He removed these crowns reassuring me to make his temporary crowns with better margins and occlusions to bring my bite to function. Unfortunately his temporary crowns were a disaster ripping floss and with leaks. No improvement with bite.
As a new patient he was rude, unpleasant, interested in financial gain only, not able to bring bite into function. I left him for these reasons. Asking for partial reimbursement for his poor evaluation of my bite, unnecessary removing my temporary crowns and replacing with his crowns with leaks I did not get back a penny. Consider twice before investing money in Dr. Dorgan’s pocket. He is not concerned in patient health.
