I have been a patient here for 36 years and I am so happy to see that the entire practice is running efficiently. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I had tooth pain and was seen within an hour of my phone call last week. For years I was called and badgered to pay my bill or I couldn't be seen. But now that there is a new front desk person who appears to be handling the finances as well, I'm on a payment plan and was able to be seen quickly. Thank you for that!!

I have my cleaning appointment next week with Sue and finishing up my root canal the week after. Which I am hoping will be another visit filled with laughter. Who can say that on a day of a root canal? The girl assisting with the doctor had everyone laughing and had me in good spirits despite my unfortunate root canal. Glad to see Dr. Messa doing what he loves after all these years.

Used Dr. Messa for many procedures under my paid policy. I also used for a workman's comp claim. That's where they showed true colors. The receptionist was the rude bill collector, not caring about my employer being the one that screwed them. It's the cowardly way out, fight an insurance co. , or a blue collar guy, the chose blue collar guy. $1400 is 3 weeks salary for me, he's suing me instead of my employer, and he uses a rude receptionist instead of Susan who handles all billing. Stay away from this office, no good will come from it.

I am sure the front desk receptionist will have someone write another review to counter this one. I decided after being taken and not getting the work done that is absolutely necessary it was time to leave Dr. Messa's office. Employees must be on an incentive plan, they push rudely that you make another appt and call frequently is you dance.
Turn over is high of the office staff and the office staff, especially the front desk receptionist is rude. Go elsewhere, I did.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
