Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.
