I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When I first went I was scared to death of the dentist. Dr. Brown & staff made me feel at ease, he likes to joke and he explains what he is doing ( at great length) . I hope he never retires!!
