If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter is in ALOT of pain. Scheduled her appointment etc. They sent us the med list and the prep list on how to prepare for surgery. Texted us 4 DAYS PRIOR to say they didn't take her insurance. When I tried calling and asking about it, they couldn't do anything except cancel or I could pay out of pocket. THEN they said the day we were to come extra early was for a consultation and not the actual procedure! They just sent me the list on how to prepare and medications to get. Which I had an issue with one of the meds and they acted like it was a complete inconvenience. When I questioned the emails, I got for said surgery the Office Manager said, yes that was our receptionist's error!!!! Long store short, I wouldn't pay them a dime to tough my kid's mouth. If their surgeons operate like their office staff. No thanks. We are going elsewhere.

They took money for a consult knowing they could not treat me until August when I explained I was in a lot of pain for four days straight. This is May, the doctor did not greeting sounded very uncaring and uninterested. I did not feel welcomed. They had the nerves to ask why I am asking for my X-ray to be sent to different places, the answer is II need help and I am in pain. Do they understand tooth pain?

This oral surgeon tells you what you need, the cost and gets the job done.
I have gone to many dentists and oral surgeons. Some may have beautiful buildings but double talks about everything.

The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. Dr. Beaudry was indifferent, and I explained my fear of dentistry to the staff several times. My insurance did not cover my anesthesia at the office, except the local which does nothing for my fear, and Dr. Beaudry's response was "you should have gone to sleep" while I cried in pain. He then walked out the door. I have never felt so disrespected and uncared for. Don't go here if you expect someone to actually care how you feel or if you'd like to feel like you are in good hands.
