VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE I RECIEVED THERE. THEY ARE ALWAYS IN A HURRY TO RUSH YOU OUT THE DOOR. I WAS BACK SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE SAME COMMON PROBLEMS. I OVERHEARD THE STAFF ADMITTING THEY MESSED UP ON ONE OF MY 6 VISITS. WHEN I CALLED BACK TO COMPLAIN AND ASK HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM THE WOMAN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. THIS IS NO LIE. I WISH IT WAS EASIER TO FIND ANOTHER GOOD DENTIST

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly & helpful. Dr. Hooper rushed in & out, checking on me, then other patients, then me again, then other patients again, etc. He was pleasant, but I felt like he was always in a hurry & not really listening to my questions/concerns. I have switched dental providers since Sep 2010, & I am very happy now. A dentist should not be rushing in & out of patient rooms. I think he was trying to wait on many patients at the same time, which amounts to a focus on quantity over quality. I had to go!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
