All of my questions were answered. I have been very happy with the results at this point. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?

He did a fine job fixing a severe cavity, but he was snippy and did not listen to what I said. Plus, when I went into the office I did not know that this cavity would be repaired, and he began numbing my mouth without informing me what he was planning to do. His technical skills are fine but his bedside manner needs work.
