Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

I finally found her!!! Dr. Stein found me frightened and ready to bolt when I was in the chair trying to mentally prepare myself for a root canal. Not only was the experience painless, but I actually found myself laughing along with her and her assistant throughout the appointment. How can this be??? Thank you Dr. Stein.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. She has made it easy to have work done and has always been very helpful and makes me feel very relaxed

Terrible. Was with them for a year.
Last time I went for a cleaning they said I had 6 cavities. I went in and got 2 filled. But before they had to do the other 4 we switched dentists.

My new dentist today, took new xrays and triple checked them, as well as examining my teeth personally of course and said I don't have anymore cavities, he doesn't know what they were talking about and I'm good to go.

Dr. Stein fabricates work for herself. If I would have stayed there I would have ended up getting four more fillings I didn't even have cavities for! Despicable!
