I have been seeing Dr. Heard as my dentist since I was 3 years old, I am now 46. ENOUGH SAID!! He is the best.

As someone who is absolutely terrified of the dentist, it says a lot that I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Heard. I had a tooth break recently and having reached the max on my dental insurance, I was in insurance limbo until the new period. I called them up on a Tuesday morning and the woman I talked to was beyond pleasant and helpful. Even though they were booked out two weeks, she managed to fit me in the next day for a quick repair. From the moment I sat in the chair, Dr. Heard put me right at ease, asking questions, trying to make me laugh, and was unbelievably compassionate about my fear of the dentist chair. He was kind, gentle, compassionate, professional and the quality of his work is amazing. I had been seeing another dentist up until recently and the difference in the quality of work is glaringly obvious. He went above and beyond in repairing my tooth and making it look natural and feel comfortable. It was by far the most pleasurable dentist experience I've ever had, and I've already scheduled my next appointment when my insurance kicks back in. I couldn't be happier!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff you could ever deal with. They are extremely professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was also pleased when making future appointments how they try to work with your schedule. All my questions were answered fully, and can call if something comes up. The office was very easy to locate, even I had no problem locating it. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
