They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Doctor Palmer is great dentist, who is willing to help anyone, his staff respect anyone and they all work hard to help all patients, After so many visits to all different dentist in Pittsburgh no one was willing to work on my dental problem , I went to couple diffferent dentist who decide to gave me denture and made decision for me and advise that they can not help and also damaged even more my dental work with some type of custom work that is not even allowed or aproved anywere , I m not that old and I was not willing to have denture and it was very complicated , when I come to dr Palmer I was accepted with this office and was treated with understanding, dr palmer referr me to surgery and recomended best surgeon dentist in Pennyslvania, which saved my teeth and my smile, after surgery dr palmer worked on my teeth for very short time everything was done I received my new crowns from doctor Palmer it was like hollywood teeth, I could not belive how amaizing and easy everything was, when you found dentist who care about all his patients and it does not make difference between anyone

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
