I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
