They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They were so welcoming to me - I hadn't been to a dentist in more than 10 years and was beyond nervous. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and know what to expect next. When I leave my teeth look and feel fantastic. The receptionist was one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I said I was okay, she could tell how I really felt and kept checking anyway and was always happy to help me. It is obvious that they care about the people they serve. I will never go to another dentist as long as Fred Girod and his staff will see me.
