It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! This Dental Care provider can be reached day or night through their answering service, and they really try to get me in the next day if I'm having an emergency. I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was so worth it. This provider is the best I've found. I'm sure they'll keep researching and trying everything they think will work until we get my issues resolved. I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait before I got to talk with the receptionist. The office is perfectly staffed. We love Dr. Martin. I've taken all three of my daughters to him and they can't wait between the visits to see him once again. Don't take me wrong, my girls have to issues with their teeth, its just that they love their experience at this office.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. All the Dental Assistants seem very nice and easy to work with. Dr Martin was much nicer the first couple visits we had. My son (now 6) has horrible teeth, his dad and his whole family have horrible teeth. He had his first couple visits when he was about 4, and he was very nervous and didnt want anything to do with it so they scheduled him in for surgery at another location so they were able to put him to sleep to get the work done. That experience was fine. But now that we're coming back, we're getting a totally new experience. First off, when we came in my daughter who is 8 was wiggling a lose tooth. The lady at the desk (the blond, I think her name is Chris and I believe she is Dr Martin's daughter) tells her to keep her hands out of her mouth and to go wash them so she doesnt spread germs. That was fine, except that she was sitting at the front desk eating her lunch while licking and sucking her fingers clean.. HMMMMMM! So, both kids had their appointments and they seemed to go ok. My son actually let them do what they needed to do but of course, due to being in pain after the appointment, he didnt want to return for his next. When we went for the next appointment, he resisted some due to the previous visit, and once the doctor came in, he held his head down (rather rough) until he gave up and insisted he couldnt work on "the kid" and that we'd have to do surgery again. So, I got his regular doctor check up scheduled, and waiting to hear back from the dentist for them to schedule the other appointment. Finally heard from them, got a message stating when the appointment was set for. I work and go to school full time so I called to reschedule since it conflicted with everything. (My son is in no pain, and has had no complaints). When I am on the phone with Cody, who is Dr Martin's wife and the office manager, she goes on to tell me about how my son is in pain and they need to get him in ASAP. That he should be my priority and judging by the number of cavities he has, he IS in pain! There was a lot to the conversation, of course I wont share it all, but all in all I was a P.O.S. parent that doesnt put my sons needs first. She tells me that my son has a BEHAVIOR problem because he didnt let them work on him the last time. WTF?! Who do they think they are?! Once I explained how I felt about her unprofessional and rude attitude and that I am not some lame parent that sits at home all day only caring about themselves etc etc etc, and that I FEEL like I should look for another dentist because the last few visits and phone conversations with both ladies have been completely unacceptable, she tells me she will gather our records up and that I can start looking for a new dentist to work on him.. No problem!... I am/was their customer and have been for over 6 years. This is how I am treated?! I will NOT be taking my kids back there ever again. Completely rude.
