I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They had a makeup counter in the exam rooms they kept coming in and out. The exam equipment looked dated, they automatically recommend and outrageously priced cleaning as soon as they came in the room. I went there on a Saturday out of desperation and felt like I was in a slaughter house! Worst service ever, I went to my regular dentist that following week and the Thomas & Thomas office had missed the fact that the issue I was having was a fractured tooth. I looked at the x-rays and could see it clear as day. They are only after the almighty dollar. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
