They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
