Dr. Willett is simply fantastic. I was an extremely apprehensive, nervous patient in for a root canal. Dr. Willett was gentle, calming and caring. She described the procedure fully before starting, answered all questions, was reassuring throughout the procedure. The worst part was the anesthetic, but her technique made it quite bearable! The root canal procedure was painless. I would encourage those with root canal anxiety to seek her out for care. If a root canal is needed again, I would contact Dr. Willett without hesitation.

I no pain when I left my appointment. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr Scott and Staff at Mill Run Endonitics were wonderful. They explained everything in detail and gave me lots of time and attention. The office is a little out of the way but I was given clear directions when I scheduled. Endodontics is no a service you need often but they were highly recommended by my dentist's office and I will return if necessary in the future.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They told me about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need.
