Facility is not open 40 hours. Receptionist is not helpful or considerate. $2.50 balance led to a $45 late fee. Unable to accommodate dental implants or roor canals for that matter!

This office has treated my family for over 10 years. I have went through some pretty extensive dental treatment during that time and have always been happy with the end result. Dr. Wellman is a gentle dentist that really cares about her patients. Her staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Over the years I have changed insurance companies multiple times but she has always been a provider. I would recommend this office to any of my friends and family.

My experience and opinion of this clinic is not positive, this is a description of ONE of my experiences to this clinic. Dr. Wellman is knowledgable and has a very gentle touch. This office is MONEY MOTIVATED. Attended a scheduled appointment to be told I had an abcess in an exposed root. Insurance covers 100% of checkups and I went right from work & I did not have a checkbook with me. REFUSED TO TREAT because I couldn't pay the out of pocket of approximately $50, although I had always paid previously and the insurance info was valid and on file. No antibiotic, no treatment. Wouldn't let me run home (live wihtin 3 miles) and get a check. Had to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, pay ANOTHER co pay, take ANOTHER afternoon off of work, bill the insurance for ANOTHER visit to extract the root and my out of pocket ended up being ZERO dollars after insurance.
Knowledgable and skilled, not patient centered, money centered.

So disappointed and saddened. Told by rude office manager that my entire family could not be seen due to a billing error after years of going to office. The amount was roughly $140 and and it was sent to wrong address. When I went there for an appointment I explained and paid asap. I have never experienced such rude unprofessional conduct in my life.I am filing a complaint with the state.

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I was a previous patient of Dr. Cliff Fox, Jr & Sr., they were absolute angels. So, I finally made an appointment here after dreading putting my trust into another dentist, afterall... this place had all my dental records. I completed all my new paperwork before my scheduled appointment time and still waited longer than expected. Office staff there were nice, the hygenist and dentist included, however, I felt unappreciated and felt they didn't care about me as a new patient. I also felt as if I was scorned about the present condition of my teeth. Still cavity free... not a one! I also went to the bathroom while I was there and found urine all over the toilet seat. They gave me 2 coupons and sent me on my way. My brother chose a different dentist (Dr. Lazarow) instead of Firestone Family Dental and he left with a gift basket of dental necessities. Fox ALWAYS made me feel special and appreciated. Really?... not even a toothbrush? I won't be coming back. It is their job to establish a good lasting relationship first visit .... first impression is the best impression. My first impression... coupons and piss!
