I have been a patient of Jim's for years. Jim and his staff are always professional and will advise me on the work that should been done on my teeth. Jim is not aggressive and lets me decide when to have the work done. I broke a tooth on a Wednesday evening, called the office on Thursday morning and Jim made time for me so I was in the chair that same Thursday morning at 10:40 am. The staff are always friendly and the office is very comfortable. I would recommend Jim and his staff to everyone.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
