This dental office staff is always condescending. They also are over priced and I feel they take advantage of you under the guise of being a "pediatric" dental office. Also, they charge $60 for broken appointment, even if it's a medical emergency or your child is sick!!! Worst dental office I have ever been to.

Terrible staff which is both unfriendly and rude. God help you if you don;t have any insurance because you are treated like a worthless person. My son had a cleaning that was so overpriced I actually made them print out the bill and review it with me. $200 for tooth cleaning no xrays. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They also charged me for time with the dentist when the dentist never talked to or looked at my son. They were not even in the same room.

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Terrible office staff. Incredibly rude. Lied about the prices of services.

My daughter had an appointment that lasted 15 minutes, from the time she walked back to the time they gave me the bill. It was not even 15 minutes with someone because they didn't start right when she got back. appointment to have my daughters teeth cleaned cost $184. The dentist was not in the room other than when he counted her teeth. Absolutely ridiculous.

They did not do x-rays or anything. At her other dentist, she spent 45 minutes with the dentist, had her teeth cleaned and she was shown how to take care of them, and given a fluoride treatment, for $110.

I felt totally ripped off. Add that to the poor training and attitude of the office staff.

I would definitely never recommend this dentist to anyone who cared about getting value for their money, or who wanted an office that cared about the child.

good pediatric dentist. Note: Pediatric dentists use "the blanket" which is basically the same thing as a straight jacket. I refused for them to use it on my son. We ended up having to take him to the hospital to have him put under to get his cavaties fixed. while it was pricey, I wouldn't have been able to live with myself knowing I let them restrain him in such a way.
