Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. I wasn't too impressed with their level of oral hygiene. It wasn't terrible but it definitely made me nervous.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Usually when I leave the dentist, I can tell a difference in how much cleaner my mouth is, but I couldn't really tell when I left their office. It wasn't as clean as I was hoping it would be. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. She was very unprofessional in her interactions toward me. I would not recommend her to anyone else. I have never met a dentist like her! I should have walked back out the door when I arrived!
