Dr. Chu has been my family dentist for a very long time. Service and care just couldn't be better. Finally convinced my parents to try him as well. My mother has a great fear of the dentist and even she is more comfortable with the care she is receiving. A dentist who knows you, listens to you and takes good care of you. He's the best.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
