Dr. Conley is very personable, professional, gentle, and works quickly. He explains his findings and recommendations completely, listens attentively to one's questions and concerns, and accommodates feedback. I have always felt welcome and well cared for by him and his staff. I have never had difficulty obtaining an appointment at a convenient time, even with the fortunately rare dental emergencies that I have experienced while under his care.

I had two crowns done on previously existed root canals. After the work was complete both crowns were way to short and did not cover my teeth completely. When I raised this issue with the Dentist, he tried to convince me that it was not a big deal at first. When I went to get a second opinion from another specialist, who confirmed my concerns, Dr. Conley persisted to tell me that he specifically ordered my crowns this way to protect my gums. However, when I pointed out he has not discussed this with me, he backed off. He really resisted redoing the work and tried to tell me I should have a filling to fill up the space between my gum and the crown...After I asked what are the chances of the filling falling out, he reluctantly admitted those were pretty high.
After making me wait for 3 weeks hoping I would change my mind, he finally agreed to order a new set of crowns. I am quite satisfied with the final work that was done, but having to go through 3 months of ordeal, stress and discomfort (my first set of crown was lost somewhere between the lab and the doctors office, and of the replacement set one crown did not fit properly the first time, requiring 2 more weeks to be replaced), I felt completely frustrated, annoyed and unhappy with the service.
