I visited as a new patient and the experience was awful. The dentist seemed agitated by my questions and did not want to review the treatment plan with me. She immediately deferred it to her assistant and brushed me off. I was told well after intake that the cleaning I scheduled couldn't be done because the machine was being serviced outside of the office. Wanted me to come back again for the cleaning. I needed a copy of my x-rays later, and called a day after my visit and was told that even though my insurance paid for the x-rays, I would have to pay them $50 to get a copy of them. What a scam. I won't consider having my work done here if that's how they do business.
