They made sure every single question I had was answered, and called my home a few hours after my surgery to ensure that I was feeling all right. Dr. Goldman's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with, in any office anywhere. They maintain a positive, optimistic atmosphere from the initial telephone call to the follow-up call after surgery. As I paid the bill on my way out, the accountant gave me a cut flower for my wife, who had driven me in for the operation. The office is easy to locate: it's in an office park across from a major auto retailer just off Hwy 29, right near the new ICC ramps. If I or anyone in my family ever needs oral surgery, we will absolutely return. Dr. Goldman and his remarkable staff were by far the best I've ever seen in any medical/surgical office. They create such a happy, upbeat environment that I'd be tempted to drop in just for a social visit.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Does this provider always put the customer first?
