Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. The office seemed a bit dirty and the staff seemed very disorganized. I was astonished to learn they dump xray chemicals down the drain, and that the Dr. has a high rate of infection. I will not return to this office!
