They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I'm not sure if they don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here, but I have not had any problems. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes, it doesn't happen very often. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They only accept a limited number of insurance policies.

The receptionist is the rudest individual I have had the displeasure to work with. She is extremely condescending and will treat you like you haven't a brain in your head. She will also cut you off mid-sentence and heaven forbid you have a question because she will treat you like you asked which way is up!

The dentist seems kinder but during a routine filling where I was completely numbed with 3 shots of lidocaine, she accidentally let the drill slip and cut the back portion of my tongue...and later blamed ME for it! HELLO! I cannot feel anything, least of all where my tongue is! Isn't it the dentist's job to make sure the tongue doesn't get in the way of the drill? I had issues with the wound for 3 weeks after the filling and had trouble eating, drinking and even talking for those 3 weeks (the wound would hit up against the upper teeth and constantly be reopened). Then she filled the tooth too high, but of course I couldn't tell because I was numb and when the numbness wore off I had to go BACK in and get the tooth drilled down. She also mysteriously found the tooth next to the one she was working on was in "really bad shape" even though the X-ray didn't show anything and she highly recommended I get it filled while I was numb. When I hesitated to think for a second about whether I should have it filled or not she said "You should really have it done and get it over with...what's your hesitation?...is it money? Huh? Is it the money?" I felt extremely badgered. The whole thing was a mess.

All and all between the absolute appalling way the receptionist treats patients and the elementary mistakes the dentist is prone to making, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your dental treatment.
