All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The office was easy enough to find.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. Dr. Mark Jenkins is the best dentist I have ever seen and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very understanding and caring.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
