I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

The absolute best dentist in Baltimore City. Finally a dentist's office that welcomes patients with a warm welcome and sensitivity to addressing and explaining dental issues. I am totally fortunate that I was able to become a patient in his popular practice.
