Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!

Yes! It was absolutely excruciating

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. As a dentist, he is fine. His beside manner and the customer service of the practice need considerable improvement.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only did the crowns, and fillings,I got last for a long time, they lasted longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service.They never take personal calls during my appointment. I have gone to this dentist for 20 years and his work is always excellent. He always found time to take care of emrgencies for me either before his regular hours or in the middle of the day.
