They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. The office was easy enough to find. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

I've been a patient of Dr. Aron for the last 3-4 years and have found him to be a very gentle caring professional. And, when you have an emergency he'll always find the time to fit a patient in. Although his office may not have all the bells and whistles of a fancy Newbury Street practice, neither do his prices.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying
