unprofessional and rude!

20 min. late for a filling apt. with 15 min. left to do the dental work-
I requested a paper towel to cover my eyes from the bright lights in the chair. And this was not met enthusiastically, I was virtually ignored.

when I made the request that he take his time because I realized that he is behind (and I sensed tension in the room) the Dr. got extremely upset and started to forcefully tell me how I had issues with control! (huh?!) and on and on . . it was very surreal and weird!

he told me to 'lay back' and essentially to open my mouth and be quiet-

when I did . . I was overwhelmed with hurt at how I had been responded to and actually started to cry . . . that was it!
I am glad I was able to muster enough compassion for myself, given the situation.

it just got worse from there with him pointing at me and then telling me to find another dentist . . which I have!
Thank goodness:-) Yikes, this guy must be under a lot of pressure.

My feedback- find another dentist!
